A benefit sale has been raising money for special projects at Pleasantview since 1956. The Benefit is held on a Friday night and Saturday morning in October or November. The community comes together to enjoy food, auctions, and musical entertainment.

Net proceeds from the 2026 Benefit will support resident room renovations in our Legacy Crossing Long-Term Care community. Updates including new flooring, lighting, paint, electrical improvements and fresh linens will create brighter, safer, and more comfortable spaces our residents are proud to call home. Additional funds will be used for the general welfare of Pleasantview residents. Thank you for your support and generosity!

You are welcome to attend the 69^th  annual Benefit October 30 beginning at 4:30 pm and the morning of October 31, 2026 at the fully accessible Hillcrest Academy (formerly Iowa Mennonite School). We hope to see you there!
