Naming a facility or a portion of a capital project is Pleasantview’s way of recognizing major and/or leadership gifts. It is a way for the donor(s) to recognize loved ones and/or be recognized for a significant contribution to the project.
Pleasantview’s Board of Directors has established the following guidelines for naming any, all or portions of the Building on Tradition…Envisioning the Future campaign.
- A gift or commitment equal to or exceeding $2,500,000
- option to name the entire project
- A gift or commitment equal to or exceeding $1,500,000
- option to name the Memory Care portion of the project
- option to name the Assisted Living portion of the project
Names for the two scenarios above will be prominently displayed as mutually agreed upon by the donor(s) and Pleasantview.
- A gift or commitment equal to or exceeding $150,000
- option to name the Memory Care Courtyard (committed)
- A gift or commitment equal to or exceeding $75,000
- option to name an apartment in Assisted Living
- A gift or commitment equal to or exceeding $50,000
- option to name a room in the Memory Care wing
Names and wording for the three scenarios above will be displayed as mutually agreed upon by the donor(s) and Pleasantview. Such recognition will be displayed on a plaque.
These are guidelines. Other giving options and methods of recognition may be considered by the Board of Directors on a case-by-case basis.
All donors will be recognized in some manner unless the donor wishes to remain anonymous.
All names of recognition must be approved by the Board of Directors.
